Jevon Carter Pours In Career-High 32 Points
6 years agoMemphis Grizzlies point/shooting guard Jevon Carter was scorching-hot from the floor during Wednesday’s win over the Golden State Warriors. Carter logged a career-high 32 points on 10-for-18 shooting overall, including going 8-for-12 from behind the three-point line. He also added four rebounds and two assists during his 26 minutes off the bench, far surpassing his best performances of his rookie season up to Wednesday. Carter benefited from the occasional Mike Conley absence during the year and would seem to be a part of Memphis’ long-term plans with his defensive mindset. He’s likely not a draftable commodity, but rather a name to remember early on in the year in the DFS ranks should injuries press him into duty.
