6 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook maintained his triple-double form in Sunday's playoff opener against Portland, finishing a 104-99 loss with 24 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds. He was 0-for-4 from deep but shot a decent 8-for-17 overall from the field, and even maintained a 100 percent record at the line with eight attempts. Dating back to the regular season, Westbrook has now notched four consecutive triple-doubles. His shot might not be there some nights, but Westbrook is always capable of getting into double figures in three statistical categories. He'll go for a fifth consecutive triple-double on Tuesday night in Game 2.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
