6 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic was unable to reel off his second consecutive triple-double to open his playoff career Tuesday against San Antonio, but he came awful close. Jokic recorded 21 points while leading the team with 13 rebounds and eight assists. Adding in a pair of blocked shots and made triples across his 39 minutes, it was another dazzling performance from Denver’s go-to asset, who is likely to see his price tag increase again ahead of Game 3. Dating back to the regular season, Jokic has a double-double in five of his last six games against the Spurs.--Jesse Borek
