6 years agoSan Antonio Spurs small forward Rudy Gay shot just 2-for-9 from the floor during Tuesday’s loss to the Denver Nuggets. Gay collected five points, but used his activity on the glass to snatch nine rebounds, while adding three assists to help avoid a complete clunker. Including the regular season, the performance in Game 2 now marks the fourth time this year that the Nuggets have held Gay to a single-digit scoring outing. He remains the primary scoring threat coming off the bench for San Antonio, so if his DFS price drops significantly enough, he could be worth the play on the chance he finds his stroke in Game 3 on Thursday.--Jesse Borek
