Blake Griffin Scores Team-High 27 Points In Return
6 years agoDetroit Pistons power forward Blake Griffin was able to suit up for Saturday’s Game 3 defeat at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks and looked as if he had never been away, dropping a team-best 27 points on 10-for-24 shooting, adding seven rebounds, six assists and two steals. His return pushed Thon Maker to the bench and essentially eliminated his DFS ownership potential, with Griffin still fairly priced in the wake of his injury. Detroit will need a whole lot more of what Griffin brought to the floor if they’re to pull off the miraculous series comeback, which could increase his value. His status is worth monitoring prior to tip-off for Game 4 on Monday.
