6 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Zack Greinke held the Washington Nationals in check on Thursday. He went 7 1/3 innings, allowed two hits and no runs while striking out three and walking none. He took a no-hit bid into the seventh inning. This was the second straight scoreless outing for Greinke. Of course the strikeouts weren't as high as you'd like, but with his 2.65 ERA and 0.88 WHIP you're starting him without question every time out. His next start will be Wednesday at home against Colorado.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
