5 years agoSan Antonio Spurs power forward and 2019 first-round pick Luka Samanic went for 11 points and seven rebounds across 22 minutes in his club debut during Monday’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Spurs selected the 19-year-old Croatian with the 19th overall pick in last month’s NBA Draft. In addition to sealing the victory with a jam, Samanic displayed both his three-point shooting prowess with a make from long range, along with his potential impact on the defensive end with a pair of blocked shots.--Jesse Borek
