5 years agoGolden State Warriors shooting guard Jordan Poole had an inauspicious start to his professional career from behind the three-point line, finishing Monday’s Summer League defeat to the Sacramento Kings 0-for-6 from deep. He would draw the start and collect six points, three rebounds and two steals. Golden State selected Poole in the first round of last month’s NBA Draft, and with the recent roster shake-up, will hope that he can contribute early on in the upcoming campaign. Poole will likely have the remainder of the summer as his proving ground to earning minutes with the Warriors.--Jesse Borek
