5 years agoTexas Rangers second baseman Nick Solak went 2-for-3 with two doubles, a walk, and three runs scored Wednesday vs the Angels. Solak has now reached base in all three games since being called up and could continue to see regular playing time with the Rangers out of playoff contention. In Triple-A this season, between the Rays and Rangers organizations, Solak slashed .289/.362/.548 with 27 homers in 115 games played. He's worth a look in fantasy if you need help at second base or a middle infield position.
