5 years agoOakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs picked up 79 yards on 17 carries and added two catches for 29 yards in Sunday's win over the Colts. In a plus matchup, the rookie didn't quite live up to expectations as he ceded 13 carries to the rest of the Raiders backfield. It was the most touches Jacobs has relinquished to his backups all season, but it's clear the rookie is still the clear-cut number one runner in this offense. Jacobs is yet to find the end zone since Week 1, but his high-volume role will keep him in the RB2 conversation weekly. He'll be on the lower end of that spectrum in Week 5 when the Raiders take on the Bears stout defense across the pond in London.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
