This is your weekly list of players to drop. I will do my best to limit this list to injured players and players you might consider holding. If you roster pure handcuffs or backups, obviously you can let them go at any time. The players on this list will, ideally, be guys that aren't clearly droppable, but no longer worth owning.
Below are my Week 10 cuts and drops for fantasy football. Each week from now until the end of the season, I’ll be offering my thoughts on players who don’t deserve to keep a roster spot on your fantasy football teams.
Let's get to it.

Players to Consider Dropping or Replacing
Gardner Minshew (QB, JAX)
I still think Gardner Minshew has a career as a starting quarterback in the NFL. It just won't be with the 2019 Jaguars. Nick Foles is set to return following the Week 10 bye and given Minshew's disastrous outing across the pond, it seems likely that Foles will regain the starting role. It goes without saying that backup quarterbacks need not be rostered in fantasy football.
DeSean Jackson (WR, PHI)
After missing seven games, DeSean Jackson returned last week and promptly aggravated his abdominal injury. At this point, there's no reason to believe this isn't a season long issue. I'm sure Jackson will try and play through it again, but he's on bye this week and even if he returns next week, it will be against the Patriots. Jackson is still just a WR3 and one that is far from a lock to play again this season. Feel free to cut bait.
Robby Anderson (WR, NYJ)
He was a drop earlier in the season, but then Robby Anderson was picked up with the schedule turn and the prospect of Sam Darnold's return. So much for that. Darnold is one of the worst quarterbacks in the league and Anderson couldn't even manage to produce against the Dolphins, who were fresh off getting torched by JuJu Smith-Schuster and Diontae Johnson. Anderson is no JuJu or Johnson, but he's supposed to be better than two catches for 33 yards. Apparently, he's not.
LeSean McCoy (RB, KC)
I did not put LeSean McCoy on this list last week because given his stature, he deserved a week to see how real his benching was. Answer: very real. McCoy played all of six snaps last week as Damien Williams was reinserted into the feature role. Given Damien's performance combined with the fact that Darrel Williams played just 18% of the snaps, it sure looks like this is Damien's backfield once again. McCoy has fallen to third on the depth chart and completely off the fantasy radar. At age 31, it is fair to wonder if this is the end of the road for him.
Players You May Be Considering Dropping, But Shouldn't
Phillip Dorsett (WR, NE)
Mohamed Sanu showed up and immediately usurped Phillip Dorsett as the Patriots' WR2. However, Dorsett still played 99% of the offensive snaps last week. The Patriots are going to be in more games going forward that require passing and it stands to reason that Dorsett will have his moments. Fantasy WR3s are mostly random events anyway. Dorsett has ability, is on a good offense, and is playing almost every offensive snap. You don't need to drop him just yet.
