Caris LeVert Has Third 20-Plus Point Outing In Five Games
5 years agoBrooklyn Nets shooting guard Caris Levert continued his impressive start to the 2019-20 NBA season with 25 points, four rebounds, four assists and one steal on Friday night. LeVert took the third-most shots (15) on the night for the Nets and was able to get to the line a team-high nine times in the win. LeVert started last season well before an early-season injury halted his momentum, but it seems that he has fully recovered and is replicating that start this year. Fantasy owners that invested in him should be pleased with their early returns. LeVert and the Nets close out Week 2 against the Pistons on Saturday night. The fourth-year player is averaging 19.5 points, 4.5 assists and three rebounds on the second night of a back-to-back and is well worth a starting spot in all formats this weekend against a Detroit team that is bottom 11 in the league against the shooting guard position.
