5 years agoChicago Bulls small/power forward Otto Porter will not return for the second half of Wednesday’s contest against the Atlanta Hawks due to a left foot contusion. Prior to his departure, Porter had it working from the field, shooting 5-for-6 overall, including 3-for-4 from deep, to compile 13 points to go along with four rebounds, two assists and two steals in just 12 minutes. Without Porter in the mix, Chandler Hutchison stepped into the starting five to begin the second half and figures to be the main beneficiary of Porter’s absence. The next chance that he will have to return to action comes Saturday versus Houston.--Jesse Borek
