5 years agoGolden State Warriors point/shooting guard Alec Burks finished second on his club in scoring during Friday’s overtime defeat to the Minnesota Timberwolves, going for 18 points on 5-for-10 shooting off the bench. Burks continues to pace Golden State’s second unit with injuries severely hampering the roster, as he also added nine rebounds and two blocks across his 32 minutes. Expect Burks to see a sustained healthy dosage of minutes moving forward, with his DFS potential enhanced on nights when D'Angelo Russell is unable to suit up.--Jesse Borek
