Jrue Holiday Scorching In Win Over Clippers
5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday was magnificent in his team's 132-127 win over the Los Angeles Clippers. Holiday scored 36 points on 54 percent shooting with five triples on 83 percent shooting. He also stuffed the stat sheet, tallying four rebounds, seven assists, one block, and six steals. Holiday was a two-way menace and a clutch one at that- he had five fourth-quarter steals. It was a season-best performance for the 29-year-old, who had shot 36.1 percent from the field and 20 percent from three before this performance. Holiday has salvaged fantasy value by averaging 5.2 rebounds, 7.2 assists, 0.8 blocks, and 2.3 steals. He's top-10 in the league in both steals and assists. If he can continue to shoot like this, he'll be a coveted fantasy option.
