5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies rookie guard JA Morant led his squad on Friday as he made some crucial plays in the fourth quarter in the big win over the Jazz. Morant made nine of 22 of his shots from the floor en route to 25 points and added eight assists with four rebounds to go along with a steal and two makes from three in 30 minutes of action. Morant stole the show on Mike Conley's return to Memphis and showed that the club is in good hands moving forward. Morant has been possibly better than expected this season and looks to continue to improve as the season develops.--Gianni Costantiello
