Vikings Defense Notches Two Sacks Against Broncos
5 years agoThe Minnesota Vikings Defense surprisingly had a tough time containing the Broncos offense in a 27-23 comeback win in Week 11. The Broncos amassed 394 total yards, though the Vikings were able to clutch up and contain them to just three points in the second half. They tacked on one interception and two sacks in what was a bit of a let down in a favorable matchup at home. Starting safety Harrison Smith (hamstring) left the game in the fourth quarter and did not return. Andrew Sendejo filled in to end the contest. The Vikings will face the Seattle Seahawks on the road in Week 13 after their bye week.
