Tim Hardaway Jr. Breaks Out Of Slump Versus Golden State
5 years agoDallas Mavericks shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr. had arguably his best outing of the season against the Warriors on Wednesday evening. The six-year veteran scored a season-high-tying 20 points on four of four shooting from deep in just 22 minutes. Just about all of Hardaway's fantasy value is tied to his scoring and shooting outputs, but he's been very inconsistent in those areas for Dallas. This was just his second double-digit scoring output of the last five games, and he has more outings shooting below 30 percent than he does above 40. The Mavericks as a whole beat up on a depleted Warriors team, and there won't always be 142 points to go around. Until Hardaway can string together similar performances, there's no need to put your faith in his maddening cold streaks.
