Kendrick Nunn Piles Up 21 Points In 26 Minutes
5 years agoMiami Heat point/shooting guard Kendrick Nunn was an offensive spark plug for his squad during Friday’s victory over the Chicago Bulls, dropping 21 points on 8-for-14 shooting during his 26 minutes of action. The rookie has firmly entrenched himself in the Rookie of the Year conversation, having averaged 17.6 points per game across his first 14 professional contests, all of which have been starts. It still remains to be seen if he will retain that role once Justise Winslow returns to the mix, but for now, owners can let it ride with Nunn, who will likely join the starting five again Saturday versus Philadelphia.
