5 years agoIndiana Pacers shooting guard/small forward Justin Holiday has returned to a bench role over the past four games, but Friday’s victory over the Atlanta Hawks saw him tie his career high in steals with six across just 23 minutes. Holiday added five points and six rebounds to his performance, but with Jeremy Lamb and Malcolm Brogdon both back and receiving healthy minutes among the starting five, Holiday holds season-long value only in deep formats. While he has been a valuable defensive asset, he had recorded six steals combined over his previous eight games, making a repeat showing of Friday unlikely in the immediate future.--Jesse Borek
