Jimmy Butler's Triple-Double Leads Heat To OT Victory
5 years agoMiami Heat guard/forward Jimmy Butler recorded his first triple-double of the season to lead the Heat in Tuesday's 121-110 overtime victory over the Raptors. The 30-year-old scored 22 points while adding a season-high 13 rebounds, along with 12 assists and one steal on 7-for-16 shooting from field goal range. Butler missed a potential game-winner at the end of regulation but took over to start the extra frame, scoring Miami's first eight points in overtime in dominant fashion, while logging a season-high 41 minutes in the victory. Butler is a must-start candidate on a nightly basis as he has been one of the most productive players in all formats at the quarter mark of the season.
