5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball collected his second double-double of the year during Thursday’s defeat to the Phoenix Suns, notching a season-best 11 assists to go along with 20 points across his 43 minutes. Across the board, it was arguably his best fantasy performance in a Pelicans uniform to this point, as he shot 6-for-9 from the field, including 4-for-5 from long range, while adding six rebounds, three steals and two blocks to lessen the blow of his seven turnovers. Having started each of New Orleans’ last three games, owners can now safely deploy Ball full steam ahead, as he appears to have found a level of comfort among the starting unit.--Jesse Borek
