5 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard connected on 8-for-24 shooting en route to 26 points in the 108-96 loss to the Thunder on Sunday. Lillard added seven dimes, three rebounds, and a steal while connecting on just two of 12 from downtown in this one. Lillard started ice-cold missing his first seven shot attempts before getting going and he combined with his backcourt teammate C.J. McCollum and forward Carmelo Anthony to connect on just 20 of 63 shooting between the three of them, ouch. We can assume the Trail Blazers will get back on track when they face the Knicks on Tuesday.--Gianni Costantiello
