5 years agoOklahoma City Thunder small/power forward Danilo Gallinari was held out of Monday’s contest due to a sprained left ankle, but he should be cleared to play Wednesday versus Sacramento, having picked up an available designation. Without Gallinari available, Darius Bazley entered the starting five for the first time, as he is now likely to return to his role as a reserve. Gallinari’s most recent appearance saw his streak of multiple made threes come to a close, although he still displays an above-average floor on a nightly basis. Gallinari has scored in double figures in all 22 games that he has played this season.--Jesse Borek
