Marcus Morris Drops Season-High 36 Points In Overtime Win
5 years agoNew York Knicks small/power forward Marcus Morris paced his squad’s offensive attack during Wednesday’s overtime victory over the Golden State Warriors, collecting a season-high 36 points on 10-for-18 shooting. It was his first time collecting at least 36 points in an outing since Feb. 28, 2017, as he also added 10 rebounds for his first double-double in over three weeks. The effort marked his top fantasy outing of the season, as he chipped in three assists and three steals. Morris figures to remain a top scoring option for New York moving forward, although a tough matchup against Sacramento awaits Friday, who have held opposing power forwards to the fewest amount of fantasy points per game this year.
