5 years agoDallas Mavericks forward/center Kristaps Porzingis had his first 20-point game in weeks on Thursday, finishing a 122-111 win over Detroit in Mexico City with 20 points on 8-for-18 shooting. He also had eight rebounds and three blocks in 30 minutes of action. It could've been a big night if he hadn't missed all five of his attempts from deep. Porzingis started the season in an impressive fashion, but his shooting has been off all year and this has resulted in some very poor stat lines in recent weeks. The Latvian hasn't posted back-to-back 20-point performances for a month, so don't get your hopes up for Saturday's matchup with the Heat.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
