5 years agoChicago Bulls power forward Lauri Markkanen took only eight shots during Saturday’s victory over the Los Angeles Clippers, but he still managed to finish with a double-double that included tying his season high in rebounds with 17. Markkanen went 3-for-6 from long range, adding four assists to tie the knot around a solid overall showing. Most encouraging for season-long owners moving forward was the 40 minutes that Markkanen drew, which marked a season high. He will look for back-to-back double-doubles for the first time all year when he faces the Thunder on Monday.--Jesse Borek
