Giannis Antetokounmpo Sinks Career-High 18 Made Field Goals
5 years agoMilwaukee Bucks small/power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo made more shots from the field during Monday’s loss to the Dallas Mavericks than any other regular-season contest in his seven-year career. Antetokounmpo finished 18-for-31 shooting overall en route to a staggering 48-point performance. The reigning MVP snatched 14 rebounds to mark a return to the double-double column, his 24th such outing in 27 games this season. With Eric Bledsoe out of the mix, Antetokounmpo could see an increased offensive workload in the short-term, which is a terrifying prospect for owners who choose not to roster the preternaturally talented 25-year-old.
