5 years agoIn his team's 108-101 overtime loss to the Brooklyn Nets, New Orleans Pelicans small forward Brandon Ingram recorded his fifth double-double of the season. Although the 22 points, 10 rebounds, two blocks and one assist were nice, it was not a terribly efficient performance from the Pelicans primary offensive weapon. It took 23 shots for Ingram to get his 22 points, as he only made seven of his field-goal attempts but salvaged it by hitting seven of his nine free-throw attempts. Ingram has been breaking out the entire season, and Tuesday night was no different. He's averaging 25.0 points on 49.8% shooting from the field and 40.8% from the three-point line.--Euan Leith
