OG Anunoby Effective In Victory Against Pistons
5 years agoToronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby scored 19 points to go along with eight rebounds, three assists and one block in Wednesday's 112-99 victory over the Pistons. The 22-year-old started the game aggressively on the offensive end by finding open lanes to the basketball and creating contact for additional points from the line, while spotting up for quality looks from three-point range. Anunoby has carved out a productive role for himself in his third season and provided fantasy owners with mid-round value through 26 games, with averages of 11.0 points and 5.6 rebounds on 50% shooting from field goal range. Anunoby should be owned in standard formats and may be looking at increased minutes and usage with Fred Vanvleet (knee), Norman Powell (shoulder), and Marc Gasol (hamstring) all dealing with injuries at the moment.
