5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves small forward Andrew Wiggins had a very good outing on Saturday against Portland, but his 33-point performance wasn't enough to end the team's losing streak. Wiggins recorded his sixth 30-point game of the season on 13-for-24 shooting. He was a very good 4-for-6 from deep while adding six rebounds and three blocks. Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) has been missing for the Wolves, which has allowed Wiggins to take more responsibility on offense. He'll be in a good spot to perform again on Monday against a struggling Warriors team. Wiggins had 40 points in 45 minutes in an overtime win against them in the first meeting of the season on Nov. 8.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
