5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point guard Jeff Teague produced a very good bench outing on Saturday against Portland, picking up 18 points, eight assists and six rebounds in 27 minutes. He made both of his three-point shots and shot 6-for-9 overall from the field. Starting point guard Shabazz Napier performed well against his former team as well with 18 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals. Teague has made only 13 starts this season, but he's managed to stay productive in a bench role with 14.1 points and 6.8 assists per game. He and Napier both have a favorable matchup on Monday against a Golden State team that has struggled defensively all year, especially against point guards.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
