5 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison is officially inactive for Monday night's game against the Green Bay Packers. This news sets the stage for Mike Boone to lead the backfield and handle the majority of running back touches against a Packers Defense that ranks 25th in rush DVOA and fantasy points allowed to the position. Ameer Abdullah will likely mix in during passing situations and fullback C.J. Ham figures to see a slight uptick in touches, but this is Boone's backfield in Week 16.
