5 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Hassan Whiteside tallied 11 points, 16 rebounds, four blocks, two assists, and a steal in a 102-94 loss to New Orleans Pelicans. Whiteside has had a double-double in every game played in a monster December performance. The 30-year-old has averaged 16.7 PPG, 15.2 RPG, 1.9 APG, and 3.6 BPG on 64.2 percent shooting from the field. Whiteside has been an absolute beast. He'll clash on Thursday night against Utah Jazz star center Rudy Gobert, who is riding a double-double streak of his own.--Tim Capurso
