5 years agoAfter having made eight field-goal attempts or fewer just twice over his first 28 games this season, Milwaukee Bucks small/power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has now finished with eight made shots in each of his last three games. Antetokounmpo was thoroughly flummoxed to the tune of 8-for-27 shooting overall, --including going 0-for-7 from behind the three-point line -- in Wednesday’s loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. The performance marks Antetokounmpo’s first game without a made three since Nov. 4, yet he still managed to contribute with 18 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists across his 30 minutes. He next faces Atlanta on Friday, whom he reached the 30-point plateau against in each of this season’s two prior meetings.--Jesse Borek
