Anzejs Pasecniks Scores Career-High 17 Points
5 years agoWashington Wizards center Anzejs Pasecniks scored a career-high 17 points with six rebounds, two steals, and one assist in a 132-102 loss to the Detroit Pistons. Pasecniks has gotten more playing time lately thanks to injuries to Thomas Bryant (foot), Davis Bertans (quad), and Moritz Wagner (ankle). The rookie could have some value in deeper leagues, especially considering how fast a pace Washington plays. Pasecniks will next play on Saturday against the New York Knicks, who have allowed the ninth-most rebounds per game in the NBA.
