5 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell had a superb 28-point second half and ended Thursday's win over Portland with 35 points on 12-for-19 shooting. He was 3-for-6 from downtown and 8-for-11 at the line, adding seven assists and three rebounds. Mitchell managed only 13 points on Monday against Miami, so this was a huge bounce-back effort by him. The team needs another big performance from him in the next matchup as well, with the Jazz facing the Clippers in a road game. Mitchell has averaged 30 points against them in two outings this season, but it's a meeting with one of the best defensive teams in the league, so he'll be facing a very tough challenge.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
