Taurean Prince Has Woeful Night Shooting From Long Range
5 years agoBrooklyn Nets small/power forward Taurean Prince relied heavily on the three-point shot during Thursday’s loss to the New York Knicks, but unfortunately for him, he shot just 1-for-10 from behind the arc. All 10 of Prince’s field-goal attempts came from deep, leaving him with three points, tying his season low. He was able to snatch five rebounds and dish out two assists, but his performance marks his sixth single-digit scoring outing in his last eight games, severely hampering his fantasy relevancy. With Wilson Chandler back in the mix, Prince has taken a blow to his previously unquestioned role. He looks to get back on track Saturday when he faces the Rockets, whom he scored a season-high 27 points against on Nov. 1.
