Jayson Tatum Ties Career High With Five Made Triples
5 years agoBoston Celtics small/power forward Jayson Tatum reached the 30-point mark for the fourth time this season during Friday’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers, knocking down five threes en route to his impressive scoring output. Tatum finished 11-for-20 from the field overall, having taken at least 17 shots in each of the team’s past six games and in 12 of the last 14. With five rebounds, two assists and two blocks tossed in Friday, Tatum added another strong multi-category showing. Despite his field-goal percentage taking a dip this year, he is on pace to set new career highs in virtually every major statistical category and remains a premier fantasy asset heading into 2020.
