Kevin Love Sinks Season-High Six Triples In 30-Point Effort
5 years agoCleveland Cavaliers power forward/center Kevin Love found his groove from long range during Friday’s loss to the Boston Celtics, setting a new season high with six made threes. He utilized his hot shooting to tie his season high in scoring with 30 points, shooting 10-for-16 overall and adding in seven rebounds and four assists without committing a turnover. Even with Love’s sporadic scoring, he has averaged a double-double over his last 10 games and remains Cleveland’s premier fantasy asset on a nightly basis so long as he remains with the franchise. He faces his former team, Minnesota, on the second leg of a back-to-back Saturday. The 15.5 points he has averaged in six meetings versus the Timberwolves is tied for his second-lowest mark versus any opponent in the league throughout his career.
