5 years agoMinnesota Vikings backup quarterback Sean Mannion will start in Week 17's finale versus the Chicago Bears at home. Mannion, a fifth-year career-backup type passer, doesn't offer much upside as a cheap option in daily fantasy formats. He has completed just 62.3% of his 53 career pass attempts at just 4.9 yards per attempt. To make matters worse, Dalvin Cook (shoulder) is out and many starters are expected to see minimal snaps as the Vikings have their playoff seed wrapped up. Mannion doesn't make much sense as a season-long or daily fantasy option in a less-than-favorable matchup and without a full-strength offense.--Kyle Ringstad - RotoBaller
