5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball finished 2019 with a strong performance against the Houston Rockets on Sunday night. Ball had 27 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and two steals. He set season highs in several statistical categories on Sunday night, including points, field-goal attempts, made field goals and made three-pointers. He still refuses to attack the basket, though, as he was held without a free-throw attempt for the fourth time in the last six games. He has seen his ownership percentage dip below 70% in ESPN leagues, but with New Orleans running a three-guard lineup fairly often, it would be a savvy move to pick him up if he is available on the waiver wire in your league.--Euan Leith
