5 years agoMiami Heat shooting guard/small forward Jimmy Butler attacked the basket ferociously during Monday’s loss to the Washington Wizards, ultimately finishing 15-for-19 from the free-throw stripe en route to a 27-point showing. Butler did not so much as attempt a three-point shot for the second time all season, finishing 6-for-10 from inside the arc. He also added six rebounds and four assists to further boost his stat line. He next faces Toronto on Thursday, a squad that he logged a triple-double against in the most recent matchup between the teams on Dec. 3.--Jesse Borek
