5 years agoOrlando Magic point/shooting guard Michael Carter-Williams missed Friday’s game versus the Miami Heat due to a sprained AC joint in his shoulder, his sixth consecutive contest on the sidelines. Prior to tip-off, head coach Steve Clifford revealed that Carter-Williams’ absence is not close to ending, stating that the backup guard is “quite a ways away” from returning. Expect the duo of Markelle Fultz and D.J. Augustin to continue carrying the load handling the ball for Orlando moving forward.--Jesse Borek
