5 years agoNew York Knicks point guard Elfrid Payton reportedly caught a flight that has allowed him to get to Phoenix in time for Friday’s game versus the Suns. Payton was questionable to play due to personal reasons, but he will retain his role in the starting five for the sixth consecutive contest. He has been dishing out assists at a rapid rate across his last five games, averaging 8.4 in that span, masking the fact that he has shot just 34.1 percent from the field overall. He should benefit from facing Phoenix on Friday, as owners who penciled him into their DFS lineups can deploy him with confidence.--Jesse Borek
