Andre Drummond Logs Sixth 20-Point, 20-Rebound Outing Of Year
5 years agoDetroit Pistons center Andre Drummond doesn’t appear content with giving up his rebounding crown just yet, collecting 23 points and 20 rebounds during Tuesday’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. The league’s leading board man upped his average to 16 per game following his performance, having collected at least 20 points and 20 rebounds in the same outing six times already this season. With Blake Griffin (knee) out of the mix going forward, Drummond should have little resistance on the glass from teammates vulturing his boards, which bodes well for his continued dominance. Having also tossed in five assists and two blocks, Drummond’s DFS value for Thursday’s rematch with Cleveland should be sky high, although there has been little evidence that he can be held in check.
