J.J. Redick Sinks Six Triples During Win
5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans shooting guard J.J. Redick hung out primarily behind the three-point line during Wednesday’s victory over the Chicago Bulls, with 12 of his 14 shot attempts coming from long range. Fortunately for the sharpshooter, six of those found the bottom of the net en route to a 24-point showing. Redick once again saw his role in the New Orleans offense increased with Jrue Holiday (elbow) unavailable, as the first-year Pelican also grabbed four rebounds and dished out four assists. He is on pace to tie his career high with 3.2 makes from three on a nightly basis, but he has ramped up his percentage this season, knocking down 46.4 percent of his shots from deep.
