Lonzo Ball Ties Season High With 11 Assists In Double-Double
5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball notched his fifth double-double of the season during Friday’s win over the New York Knicks. Ball’s fantasy value has been on a straight upward trajectory since entering the starting five nine contests ago, having since averaged 16.8 points, 6.7 assists and 6.3 rebounds on a nightly basis in that span. In the victory over New York, Ball collected 15 points on 6-for-14 shooting, including going 3-for-7 from behind the arc. He pitched in 11 assists and six rebounds across his 38 minutes, continuing to see a larger workload with Jrue Holiday (elbow) absent. He’ll have a difficult matchup Saturday versus the Celtics, who are yielding the third-fewest DFS points per contest to opposing point guards this season.
