5 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard Lonzo Ball was just an assist shy of a triple-double on Monday in the seven-point, overtime win against the Pistons. Ball took advantage with four Pelicans' starters out as he got up 23 shots, but managed to connect on just seven of them for 17 points. Ball also added 12 rebounds with nine assists and three steals with three triples. It was not the most efficient night as Ball also committed seven turnovers. He has been posting big lines as of late, but his usage may take a hit in the near future with some bodies expected to return soon to the Pelicans' lineup.--Gianni Costantiello
