5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies small/power forward Jae Crowder will be sidelined for Tuesday’s game versus the Houston Rockets due to hip soreness. The team has already announced that Kyle Anderson has been cleared to play and will enter the starting lineup in place of Crowder. While he has been arguably Memphis’ best defender this season, Crowder has scuffled from the field to the tune of just 37.6 percent shooting, which is on pace for the lowest mark of his career. His next chance at returning to the floor comes Friday versus the Cavaliers.--Jesse Borek
